I really cannot say enough good things about ATG! As some of the other reviews mentioned, Chris really does go the extra mile to get what you need and ensure customer satisfaction. She is super friendly, very helpful, and always delivers. If it weren't for ATG you'd have to travel a few hours from Birmingham (or pay ridiculous shipping fees) to get some of their rarer products, and if you can't make it to the store Chris will personally deliver your order! The few times I have been to the physical store location I have been very impressed by the selection, and when you visit it is obvious that she cares about animals as much as her customers do. I've always been happy with my purchases, and I always leave the store with a smile on my face.
Outstanding personal service for their customers. Chris goes out of her way with free delivery to make sure your pet has the best nutrition available whether it's raw or high quality kibble. Her passion for animals is clear and her personal attention to customer service is like no other in the Birmingham area. She carries unique products that I can sometimes only find at dog shows. Thank you ATG for your dedication and passion for our fur babies.
Honestly, even if I found somewhere in the Birmingham city limits that sold the food I feed my cats, I would still go with ATG. They are that good.
