In regards to the check engine light, we had set up a time for him to return and we would take care of that. He never called or showed up for that repair. We don't feel like Mr. Ward give us a fair opportunity to take care of the issue, so we believe that if you don't give us an opportunity to correct a mistake, you have no business written a bad review!
As with most reviews written on Google, they are one sided. In regards to Mr. Ward, he failed to mention that we loaned him our personal vehicle so he would have a way around while we worked to resolve the problem. He took the vehicle and $40.00 cash to put gas in it. Once he was home he called back to inform us that he could not drive the truck we loaned him, so we rented him a car of his choice. After repairing the vehicle, to what to us was satisfactory, Mr. Ward was not satisfied with what we had done. I explained to him that the repair was good, but he refused to take the vehicle. We then replace the whole unit in question and took care of the issue. As far as not calling him, he informed me that he would be back in four hours, so I felt no need in calling him. To the issue of us having an attitude with him, let me just say that when you approach people with an attitude, you generally receive attitude in return. We tried to be calm and explain that we made a mistake and we would take care of it, but Mr. Ward was dead set on calling us unprofessional and accused us of not knowing how to work on cars. Treating us as slugs and calling us names generally is not a good start.

I was told friday i needed some work on the front of my truck so i fixed all the issues over a 3 day weekend and took it back on tuesday morn my wife was called to come and get my truck and when she got down there she was called a liar to her face in front of a bunch of customers the gentelman told her i did nothing to the truck she said he was very rude to her so i will not be going back down there again.
